Testing, testing, is this thing on?
I have been solving a lot of jigsaw Sudoku puzzles. 1-9, each digit must be in each jigsaw piece consisting of 9 squares, and cannot repeat in either column or row. A slight twist on the standard 3×3 comprised of 9 3×3 squares Sudoku that I prefer because the thing about the old days is those the old days. The reality the vessels we occupy interacts with is constantly evolving and changing, sometimes in beautiful and wondrous ways that provoke the human spirit to grow, and sometimes in ways that stunt our growth. As I solve the four puzzles on the standard 8.5×11 sheet of paper, I doodle in the margins.
Out of those doodles, what’s.the.haps, was born. Starting small, you can expect to see a daily post with a couple thoughts, probably some recommendations, whatever. We’re just growing and learning one post at a time together. Bringing me to my thought of the day, the thought being that it feels like this world we occupy is allergic to growth and learning. Feels like everyone is so terrified of being perceived as “wrong” they never even attempt to become “right” because the loudest voices today are typically the “wrong-est people. Constant vigilance of what we listen to, what we read, and what we watch is a crucial component of nurturing ourselves in order for our growth. Here at The Honest Art and Performance Sector, all we want is for all of us to commit everyday to working on a little bit of fulfilling growth.
